Questions
Can you fix a system that already exists?+
Yes. Retrofits are half the work. We will tell you when a rebuild is cheaper than chasing leaks through a 15-year-old maze.
Do I need drip for cactus and agave?+
You need a zone that does not treat them like fescue. Drip with long, infrequent cycles is how desert plants stay alive without rot. We will not put them on the turf clock.
Will a smart controller cut my water bill?+
If the zones are honest, yes. If one valve is still watering the sidewalk and the mesquite, a Wi-Fi clock just does the wrong thing on a schedule.
Do you install irrigation with turf, rock, and plantings?+
That is the right order. Full installs get irrigation in the sequence. A-la-carte irrigation jobs are welcome when the rest of the yard is already in.
